Caring for Your Silk
To ensure your silk last for years, follow these three simple rules:
Gentle Wash: Machine wash at 30°C with a gentle 600 rpm spin, and always wash inside out. Use a washing net and wash with similar colors to prevent damage.
Hand Washing: You can also hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent made for delicate fabrics. Avoid soaking for too long and gently move the fabric in the water.
Drying: After rinsing, lay your silk flat on a clean towel to dry, keeping it out of direct sunlight. This helps maintain its softness and color.
